Location

Presentations will be held in the Theatre at the Mayborn Museum on the Baylor Campus. 1300 S. University Parks Drive.

Parking is available in the lot to the right of the main entrance to the Museum but is limited. Please carpool if possible. Enter the Museum through the main glass doors. Registration will be in the Rotunda area, just to the right of the entry area. To the right of the Registration area, you will find complimentary beverages and a Book Sale by Fabled Bookshop.

First Time Attendees

A one-time special rate of $75 for all presentations and the luncheon is available for anyone who is attending Brazos Forum for the first time.

Reservations

Make your reservations early to ensure your place for this year’s exciting program. Your reservation includes presentations by three outstanding speakers and opportunities to talk with them in person, a catered luncheon, beverage break, and a Book Sale by Fabled.

Deadlines

Reservations which include LUNCH must be received not later than 5:00pm on Sunday, September 21st .  

Catering requirements make this a firm cut-off date. After that date, you may still register to hear the speakers’ presentations, but luncheon reservations will be closed, and there is no reduction in the registration fee. However, a Wait-List will be opened. We regret that there can be no refunds after Sunday, September 21st.

Special Opportunity

Everyone who registers for the 2025 Forum will be our invited guests to a complimentary presentation on Freda Kahlo in October by Sue Canterbury, Curator of American Art at Dallas Museum of Art.
