Location
Presentations will be held in the Theatre at the Mayborn Museum on the Baylor Campus. 1300 S. University Parks Drive.
Parking is available in the lot to the right of the main entrance to the Museum but is limited. Please carpool if possible. Enter the Museum through the main glass doors. Registration will be just inside in the Rotunda area, complimentary beverages will be in the hall to the left of the Theatre, and a Book Sale by Waco’s Fabled Bookstore will be offered in the Community Room near the beverages.
First Time Attendees
A one-time special rate of $75 for all presentations and the luncheon is available for anyone who is attending Brazos Forum for the first time.
Reservations
Make your reservations early to ensure your place for this year’s exciting program. Please note that reservations cannot be accepted for one individual presentation. You must reserve for the entire day’s activities which include presentations by three outstanding speakers, a catered luncheon, beverage breaks, and a Book Sale by Waco’s Fabled Bookstore.
Deadlines
Reservations which include LUNCH must be received not later than close of business on Monday, October 16, 2023.
Catering requirements make this a firm cut-off date. After that date, you may still register to hear the speakers’ presentations, but luncheon reservations will be closed, and there is no reduction in registration fee. A Wait- List will be opened. We regret that there can be no refunds after Monday, October 16, 2023.
