Location

Presentations will be held in the Theatre at the Mayborn Museum on the Baylor Campus. 1300 S. University Parks Drive.

Parking is available in the lot to the right of the main entrance to the Museum but is limited. Please carpool if possible. Enter the Museum through the main glass doors. Registration will be in the Rotunda area. To the right of the Registration area, you will find complimentary beverages and a book sale.

First Time Attendees

A one-time special rate of $75 for all presentations and the luncheon is available for anyone who is attending Brazos Forum for the first time.

Reservations

NEW THIS YEAR: Choose the Forum WITH LUNCH or WITHOUT

All reservations include presentations by three outstanding speakers and opportunities to talk with them in person, a beverage break, and a Book Sale. If you choose not to participate in the catered luncheon and to eat elsewhere, there will be a reduction in price. However, you should be aware that it may be difficult to find a parking place when you return to the Mayborn Museum for the afternoon session and require parking at a greater distance in another lot.

Deadlines

Reservations which INCLUDE LUNCH must be received no later than 5:00pm on Sunday, October 4th.  

Catering requirements make this a firm cut-off date. After that date, you may still register to hear the speakers’ presentations, but luncheon reservations will be closed, and there is no reduction in the registration fee. However, a Wait-List will be opened. We regret that there can be no refunds after Sunday, October 4th.
